Healthy Skin Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Duration: Minimum commitment of 6 months required. Membership automatically renews monthly after initial term unless canceled with 30 days' written notice.
Billing: $125 is automatically charged monthly to the card on file. The $420 initial payment covers your first visit and begins your treatment cycle.
Treatment Frequency:
Radiofrequency Microneedling with PRF: 1 session every 3 months.
Neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport/Xeomen): 1 treatment every 3 months (20 units).
Sculptra: Optional up to 4 treatments/year. Member receives $100 discount per syringe.
No Rollovers: Unused monthly services do not roll over. Appointments must be scheduled within your active membership cycle.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited treatment for that cycle.
Non-Transferable: Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the enrolled individual.
Eligibility: Must be medically cleared to receive injectable treatments. A consultation is required prior to the first treatment.
Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. Early termination before the 6-month minimum will incur a cancellation fee of $150.
